Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday, 3:00 to 6:00 pm, behind the bottle wall at Ashburn Wine Shop. Start with a glass or a weekly-rotating flight. The kitchen opens for dinner at 4:00 pm Wednesday through Friday; on Friday, lunch runs 12:00 to 2:00 pm before the dinner reset.

Browse more than five hundred bottles at retail price. Corkage is $20 for an AWS shelf or Bistro-listed bottle opened in the Bistro. Outside bottles are not permitted. The fee is waived only for current wine-club members on bottles priced over $30. Or keep it simple with wine by the glass and a rotating flight.

Wednesday through Friday, happy hour rolls straight into dinner: housemade pasta, flatbreads, charcuterie and seasonal small plates. Friday also has a separate rotating lunch from 12:00–2:00 pm. Saturday dinner runs 4:00–9:00 pm, outside happy hour.
