Cakebread is one of Napa's founding family names, and this is their North Coast Sauvignon Blanc. The 2023 pulls from estate ranches in Carneros, Rutherford, and Calistoga plus cooler North Coast sites, fermented 95% in stainless steel and 5% in concrete eggs, then aged five months mostly in neutral French oak. The cool southern fruit brings citrus and flint, the warmer north brings tropical notes. A label everyone at the table recognizes, and the wine backs it up.

Pink grapefruit, lemon curd, melon, passionfruit, freshly cut hay. Light bodied and precise, bright citrus acidity, stony mineral edge, clean refreshing finish.
