Cass farms 145 acres along Paso Robles' back roads, all estate fruit, all certified ENTAV clones imported from France, with Rhône varieties the house specialty. This Viognier is 100 percent estate grown and cold fermented in stainless steel, so nothing gets between you and the perfume. Jasmine and white apricot on the nose, dry and crisp where lesser Viognier goes flabby. It took 95 points at the 2023 Sunset International Wine Competition. An aromatic white for people who swear they only drink Sauvignon Blanc.
Jasmine, pear, and white apricot with honeysuckle and sweet pineapple. Dry, crisp palate, lemon curd and grapefruit, a sizzle of acidity, riper tropical notes toward the finish.
