GlassMen is Sonoma winemaking from William Knuttel, who spent thirteen years making Pinot Noir at Saintsbury and seven more at Chalk Hill before striking out on his own. Advanced Sommelier Brian Kulich founded the label in 2021, naming it as a tribute to his grandfather. This Chardonnay is built to split the difference: enough oak to satisfy traditionalists, enough freshness to keep the skeptics at the table. A Sonoma Chardonnay for people who think they don't like Sonoma Chardonnay.

Lemon, lime, green and yellow apple, white peach, river-rock minerality and fresh lily on the nose, with a touch of toasty French oak. Palate is balanced and silky: ripe melon, peach and pear, a hint of crushed seashell, finishing lean and bright.

Classic matches for Chardonnay: Roast chicken, lobster or crab with butter, corn dishes, soft creamy cheeses.
