Paris-Simoneau is a true family domaine in the Touraine, minutes from Chateau de Chenonceau, where Sébastien Paris and Carine Simoneau farm about 72 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Chenin. Les Georges is their Sauvignon, bottled as IGP Val de Loire, and the Guide Hachette starred a recent vintage. This is your move when Sancerre prices sting. Same river, same grape, half the money.
