Raywood is the easy-going label from Castoro Cellars in Paso Robles. Owners Niels and Bimmer built that winery backwards, making and selling wine first and buying vineyards last, and Raywood is where the philosophy lands: hand-crafted from selected Central Coast sites, built for everyday drinking. A long, cool stainless-steel fermentation keeps the citrus aromas and the natural acidity intact. Winemaker Tom Myers calls these honest wines at an honest value. He is right.

Citrus fruit on the nose, kept bright by that long, cool stainless fermentation. Dry but distinctly fruity on the palate. Crisp and juicy through the middle, with fresh acidity and a clean finish.
