Teneral Cellars is Jill Osur's women-owned California winery, founded in 2020 to push the industry toward the people who buy most of the wine: women. The company sources from women growers, farms sustainably, and gives 10 percent of profits to organizations fighting for gender and racial justice. Untamed is a Sauvignon Blanc-led white with Roussanne, Vermentino, and Viognier, raised in stainless steel, neutral French oak, and concrete egg. Wine with a spine, in every sense.
