Mark Ryan McNeilly built his namesake Washington winery into a cult favorite for serious reds, then started Board Track Racer in 2007 as the fun, wallet-friendly side project, with every wine in the lineup named after a vintage motorcycle. The Vincent, 100% Columbia Valley Chardonnay, takes its name from the 1952 Vincent Black Shadow, the fastest production bike of its era. A small barrel-fermented portion adds texture; otherwise it's built to drink young and easy. Good patio Chardonnay from a winery that doesn't usually do easy.

Ripe pear and Granny Smith apple aromas lead into stone fruit, banana and orange creamsicle on the palate. Vibrant acidity, a rich, creamy meringue texture from partial barrel fermentation, finishing fresh.
