Right Bank Bordeaux thinking, Andes altitude. Corazon del Sol is the Revana family's Argentine estate in Los Chacayes, the rockiest corner of the Uco Valley, where Dr. Madaiah Revana planted an ancient riverbed at roughly 3,600 feet in 2008. Magma is the estate's most complex wine: a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, hand harvested and berry sorted from organically farmed vines. The 2017 vintage was a benchmark year in Uco. Serious Mendoza that is not just another Malbec.

Black cherry, plum and cassis layered with violet, cedar and mocha. Full bodied and velvety, with blackberry, red currant and dark chocolate, polished tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.
