Y3 is Jax Vineyards' appellation series, sourced across Napa and Sonoma, fermented whole berry in concrete tanks after 15 to 30 days on the skins, then aged 18 months in 35% new French oak. Cassis, dark cherry, mocha, espresso, all of it dense but precise at 14.1%. Real Napa Cab character at forty-two dollars is the entire point.
Cassis, lush red currant, warm dark cherry, plum, mocha, espresso, oak spice. Powerful and dense yet balanced, fine tannin, long precise finish.
