Calistoga family fruit from JAX Vineyards, run by siblings Trent and Kimberly Jackson on the seven-acre retirement vineyard their parents Dave and Jane bought in 1990. The Y3 line is JAX's everyday tier, made with winemaker Kirk Venge, and this Sauvignon Blanc is stainless steel fermented on the lees to keep it crisp and true to Napa Valley fruit. Light, floral and citrus-driven, it's the wine you keep in the fridge door all summer, not save for a special occasion.
Pale yellow-green with white floral and jasmine aromatics. Fresh grapefruit, pear and a hint of melon on the palate, with mouthwatering acidity and a bright, mineral-tinged finish.
