Château La Galante is a small independent estate at Beychac-et-Caillau on the Entre-Deux-Mers plateau, between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, run today by owner-grower Christophe Pinard. The Blanc blends Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Semillon and Muscadelle off clay-limestone-sand soil that gives the wine tension rather than weight. It's a dry, medium-bodied white built for everyday drinking. Pour it at happy hour, next to a cheese board, or anywhere you want real Bordeaux character without the Bordeaux price tag.

Lemon, white peach and passion fruit on the nose. Crisp and vibrant on the palate, with citrus and stone fruit layered over the clay-limestone minerality of the Entre-Deux-Mers plateau. Dry, medium-bodied, clean refreshing finish.

Château La Galante farms roughly 1.6 hectares of white grapes on the Entre-Deux-Mers plateau overlooking the Dordogne valley, on argilo-limestone-sand soil. Owner Christophe Pinard runs the small estate under a sustainable, 'viticulture raisonnée' approach, keeping the wines affordable without cutting corners in the vineyard.
