Lange Estate has grown Pinot Gris in Oregon's Dundee Hills since Don and Wendy Lange planted their first vines in 1987, drawn north after tasting bottles from Eyrie and Erath. The family still runs the winery today, with second-generation winemaker Jesse Lange now leading production. This Classique bottling is Lange's flagship Pinot Gris from the Willamette Valley, made for easy, everyday drinking with real varietal character. Pour it as a porch wine or alongside grilled seafood.

Highly floral, with gardenia and lemon-scented magnolia leading into cantaloupe and lime zest. The palate is clean and crisp, showing honeydew melon, orange sorbet, and pistachio, backed by lively acidity.

Don and Wendy Lange planted their first vines in the Dundee Hills in 1987, focusing on Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay from the start. Second-generation winemaker Jesse Lange, trained at New Zealand's Lincoln University, joined the family operation in 2004 and now helps lead production.
