Pascal Jolivet built his reputation on serious Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé from a base in the town of Sancerre. Attitude is his more playful, value-driven Sauvignon Blanc, declassified to IGP Val de Loire so he can source outside strict appellation lines. The 2022 is organically farmed and made in the same clean, precise house style as his flagship wines, just built for earlier drinking and a lower price. Bright, citrusy Loire Sauvignon Blanc from a producer who knows the grape as well as anyone in France.

Green apple, kiwi and citrus with white floral lift. Fresh, frank attack with real minerality, balanced acidity, and a long, saline finish.

Oysters, roasted fish, asparagus, or fresh goat cheese.

Pascal Jolivet founded his domaine in Sancerre in 1987 and built a reputation on precise, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Loire. Attitude sources organically farmed fruit from outside the strict Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé boundaries, bottled under the broader Val de Loire IGP.
