Sotabosc, Catalan for underbrush, is their 100% Grenache expression of that land, a young, bright cherry-red wine meant for easy, everyday drinking rather than the cellar. It's Montsant without the weight most people expect from Priorat's next-door neighbor: fresh, herbal, and immediate.
