VRAC takes its name from the French habit of buying wine en vrac, bringing your own jug to the local cellar and filling it with honest house wine. The brand bottles that idea: an unfussy southern Rhône red of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from sustainably farmed fruit. Ninety percent destemmed, ten percent whole cluster, fermented in open concrete and steel, aged in tank. Bright, easy, and made to be opened on a Wednesday.

Bright red cherry fruit with toasty and floral hints. Light spice and garrigue character, medium body, soft tannins, a fresh clean finish.

Fruit comes from sustainably farmed vineyards across the southern Rhône valley. Winemaking is simple on purpose: open concrete and stainless fermenters, steel-tank aging, no oak, bottled young to keep the fruit lively.
