Zuccardi Q was the first wine to carry the family name, launched in 1999 as Sebastián Zuccardi's tribute to the vineyards his grandfather planted in 1963. The 2024 Chardonnay comes from two high-altitude Uco Valley sites, Gualtallary and El Peral, both over 1,200 meters up. Half the wine ferments and ages in used French oak, half in concrete, with no malolactic fermentation, keeping the fruit precise rather than buttery. This is Mendoza Chardonnay for people who think California Chardonnay is too much dessert.

Lemon zest, green apple and pear with white peach and nectarine underneath. Medium-bodied, well-balanced acidity, precise citrus and orchard fruit through a clean, dry finish.

Sourced from Gualtallary and El Peral in Tupungato's Valle de Uco, both cool, high-altitude sites with rocky, calcareous soils. Winemaking director Sebastián Zuccardi and head winemaker Laura Principiano ferment half the wine in used, untoasted 500-liter French oak and half in concrete.
