Salon 2015 is a rare Blanc de Blancs Champagne made only from Chardonnay grown in the single village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The house releases Salon only in exceptional years, and this forty-fifth vintage spent extended time in the cellar before release. Its depth, precision and long aging horizon make it a memorable choice for a milestone dinner or a serious cellar. Fine bubbles carry white flowers, linden and honeysuckle over persistent chalk. The palate is generous yet vibrant, with saline freshness, precise structure and a long, refined finish.
