Delicate, precise, more whisper than fanfare. Some call it the last pre-climate-change vintage. This is the bottle without the gift box, so you pay for the wine, not the packaging. Buy it for the table, not the shelf.

Mirabelle plum, apricot, orange blossom, mint and vetiver. Taut citrus and saline on a chalky, crystalline palate, with toasted brioche and candied ginger on the finish.
