O Rosal is Terras Gauda's flagship white, a Rías Baixas blend of 70% Albariño, 10% Loureira and 20% Caiño Blanco, Galicia's native grapes working together instead of Albariño flying solo. It's grown in the O Rosal subzone near the Atlantic, where sea influence keeps everything taut and saline. A step up in texture and complexity from a straight Albariño. Great with shellfish, but sturdy enough for grilled fish or even light pork.

White peach, tangerine peel and orange blossom aromas with mint and crushed stone; crisp acidity, chalky texture, saline minerality and a long, citrus-driven finish.
