Old Vines blends fruit from more than 20 old-vine vineyards across California into 95% Zinfandel with a little Mataro and Alicante Bouschet. Twelve months in barrel, 80% used barriques and mostly French, keeps the fruit out front. Ripe blackberry and black cherry with juicy acidity, not the jammy monster people expect from Zin. We stock this deep because it converts Zin skeptics every single week.
