Brothers Enrico, Matteo and Davide Bresolin farm certified-organic vineyards in the Asolo hills, an hour north of Venice, where their grandparents were pioneers of local winemaking. Made from 100% Glera by the Charmat method, this Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG spends months on lees in steel before a slow secondary fermentation, and the estate caps production at under 40,000 bottles a year. It drinks like Prosecco with a little more purpose behind it. Pour it at brunch, a party, or any weeknight that needs livening up.

Apple, pear, grapefruit, peach, wild rose and honeysuckle aromas. Fine, persistent bubbles. Dry palate with tangy citrus and a clean, well-defined finish.

Bresolin Bio was founded in 2012 by brothers Enrico, Matteo and Davide, whose grandparents were pioneers of family winemaking rooted in Valdobbiadene. They now farm organically in the Asolo hills between the towns of Asolo and Maser, alongside olive and cherry trees, keeping production small at under 40,000 bottles a year.
