Domaines Bunan is the Bunan family's certified organic estate in La Cadière-d'Azur, and Moulin des Costes is their flagship Bandol property. The rosé runs roughly 60% Cinsault with Mourvèdre and Grenache, which is why it drinks with more spine and body than everyday Provence pink. Bright salmon color, small red berries, white flowers, citrus riding the finish. The 2025 is the brand-new current release. Bandol is rosé for people who eat dinner with it.
Bright, brilliant salmon pink. Strawberry, raspberry, white flowers, mineral notes. Dry, round, medium bodied, with pleasant fullness and citrus on the finish.
Bouillabaisse, grilled tuna, tapenade on a torn baguette, a proper salade niçoise.
The Bunan family farms Bandol AOP vines organically around La Cadière-d'Azur. Moulin des Costes is the family's principal estate; the rosé blend centers on Cinsault with Mourvèdre and Grenache.
