Domaine Tollot Beaut Corton Grand Cru 2023 750ml

Grand Cru red Burgundy from one of the Côte de Beaune's most respected family domaines. Tollot-Beaut has farmed vines around Chorey-lès-Beaune for four generations, and this bottling comes from the hill of Corton itself, Pinot Noir grown on limestone slopes that also produce the region's great whites. Aged with roughly half new oak, it's a serious, structured wine built for a special dinner or the cellar, not a Tuesday pour. Black cherry liqueur, crushed stone and dried herbs lead, with vanilla and baking spice from the oak. The palate is concentrated and long, tannins still firm enough to reward a few more years in the cellar.
