Unshackled is the value-priced sibling to The Prisoner Wine Company, launched in 2020 to carry that brand's rule-breaking attitude to a lower price point. This sparkling wine blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from across California and spends 36 months en tirage before release, real traditional-method aging rather than a shortcut. The combination-lock label is a wink at the brand's whole freedom concept. Grab it for brunch, a toast, or any night you want bubbles without the fuss.

Floral aromas with a mineral streak, green apple and Fuji apple, Asian pear and brioche notes from extended lees aging. Vibrant acidity and a crisp, clean finish.

Classic matches for a sparkling like this: Oysters, fried foods, salty snacks — bubbles cut through everything.

Made by Director of Winemaking Chrissy Wittmann using 36 months of traditional-method aging en tirage, longer than most wines at this price point bother with. Fruit comes from both Central Coast and North Coast California vineyards.
