Graeme and Julie Bott met working for Stephane Ogier in Cote-Rotie, he a New Zealander, she born in the northern Rhone, then built their own small domaine. First Flight is 100% Syrah from parcels at the edge of the Cote-Rotie and Condrieu zones, declassified on paper only. The 2021 is 13% alcohol, 833 cases made, 360 imported, rated 91 points.
