Phelps Creek blends estate fruit with grapes grown on Underwood Mountain on the Washington side — two vineyards within sight of each other, both volcanic soil, both cool and high. All stainless steel, no oak in the way, just bright orchard fruit with an unexpected herbal streak. A white for people who read past the famous names.

Bright, high-elevation acidity carrying green apple and pear, laced with an unexpected thread of lavender and thyme.
