Croft - Reserve Tawny Porto - Port - NV

Croft has been shipping Port since 1588, which makes it the oldest firm still active in the trade. Reserve Tawny is their everyday luxury: component wines chosen for smoothness and mellow character, aged up to seven years in oak casks, blended a few months before bottling for balance. Caramel, fig, and nut territory at 20% alcohol, no decanting required. Serve it cool, with dessert or instead of dessert. It keeps for weeks once open.

Light brick red with an amber rim. Red fruit, caramel, raisin, and clove aromas. Smooth and round, butterscotch, strawberry jam, and cardamom spice through a nutty, elegant finish.
