Knights Valley fruit from a small family estate. In 2006 the Knights Bridge families bought 50 acres of hillside vineyard on the west side of Knights Valley, the warmest appellation in Sonoma County, and built the winery around it. KB Estate Red Blend is their Bordeaux-style bottling: Cabernet Sauvignon at the center with Merlot and Cabernet Franc filling in plum, chocolate and coffee tones. Plush, dark and ready now. Drink it while the estate Cabernets sleep.
Dark plum and cassis with savory dried herb, sweet chocolate and dark roast coffee tones. Rounded and plush on the palate, soft tannin, warm finish.
