One Stone is Ancient Peaks Winery's project built around a cause: a share of every bottle supports Dream Big Darling, a nonprofit mentoring the next generation of women in wine and spirits. The label art, painted by Paso Robles artist Audrey Jackson, depicts a woman building her own path one stone at a time. Winemaker Mike Sinor sources the 2021 from the Ancient Peaks family vineyard plus select Paso Robles sites. Bold without tipping into heavy, with real fruit concentration for the price, a cabernet worth talking about at the table.

Complex aromas of plum, black olive, caramel, graphite, and earthy loam. Sumptuous, integrated palate with black cherry, cassis, cranberry, fig, anise, and espresso. Approachable tannins, more cherry than currant, with a lingering, earthy finish.

Classic matches for Cabernet Sauvignon: Ribeye off the grill, lamb chops, aged cheddar, a rainy night and a good movie.

One Stone draws Cabernet Sauvignon from the Ancient Peaks family vineyard along with select sites across the Paso Robles AVA. Winemaker Mike Sinor makes the wine, and a percentage of every sale supports Dream Big Darling, a nonprofit that mentors young women entering the wine and spirits industry.
