Prosecco with a blush of Pinot Nero. Poggio Costa gives the red grapes a few hours on their skins for that pale coral color, then bottles the blend brut, so it finishes clean rather than candied, with Charmat-tank bubbles keeping the fruit front and center. Brunch approved, obviously, but don't let it get typecast — this is a real dry sparkling wine that happens to be pink.

Raspberry, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit over white peach and rose petal, with a saline whisper under fine, persistent bubbles.

Glera is gently pressed while the Pinot Nero spends four to six hours on its skins for that pale coral color, then the blend takes its bubbles in Charmat tank to keep the fruit front and center.
