Zenato Chiaretto Bardolino - Rose - 2022

Zenato's take on Bardolino Chiaretto, the pale, food-friendly rosé style native to Lake Garda, made from the same Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes that go into red Bardolino, just pressed off the skins early. Zenato's been on Lake Garda since 1960, and this is their easy, everyday pink: bright, dry, and built for warm weather rather than special occasions. Serve it cold with lunch on the porch.

Sweetly floral nose of wild strawberry and candied citrus, with a touch of raspberry. Soft and supple on the palate, brilliant acidity, crisp red fruit and a subtle mineral edge through the finish.
