Brilla! is Botter's Prosecco, and the rosé is Glera with Pinot Nero, made Charmat with a second fermentation of fifteen to twenty days in tank. Extra Dry, eleven percent, from the Prosecco DOC across Veneto and Friuli. This is the three-pack of 187ml splits, which is the smart format for a picnic, a bridal party, or one glass on a Tuesday without opening a whole bottle.

Fine bright perlage, light rosé color. Peach, green apple and lemon with acacia and rose florals. Fresh and light on the palate, balanced acidity, round full structure. Extra Dry, so a touch of sweetness.
