Casa Lapostolle built its name on serious Chilean Cabernet, but Le Rosé is the easy, everyday side of the house. It's a four-grape blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, made in a pale, dry, Provence-leaning style. Salmon-pink in the glass and light on its feet, this is a rosé for grilling season and no particular occasion at all. Pour it cold and don't overthink it.

Wild strawberry, white peach and cucumber on the nose, with a thread of minerality. Light-bodied with crisp acidity and a long, clean, refreshing finish.

Grilled fish, a charcuterie board, or a hot afternoon with a bucket of ice.
